Midwest Engineering is a collection of experienced engineers, technicians and surveyors with a broad-based experience in construction, construction management, civil, environmental, electrical, and mechanical engineering.  Our services have been used throughout the private market in the Lake of the Ozarks area and under considerable time constraints as required for delivery of complex projects within a short time frame to provide the infrastructure and residential structures in the lake area that have dependably stood the test of time.  

Mr. John Ballard, P.E., has extensive experience developing the City of Osage Beach infrastructure system, which has been commended for several efficiency, operational, and design characteristics.  Mr. Ballard has expertise in the complexities and organization requirements necessitated to operate these municipal facilities.  He has experience in funding application and financing municipal and federal projects.

Mr. Fred Stevenson, P.E., Electrical Engineer, has a phenomenal background in the operation of municipal and industrial systems throughout his career, as well as in control and automation designs for efficient, long-lasting systems.

Mr. Bob Warren, Field Engineer, has life long experience,  not only in the Lake of the Ozark area, but particularly in and around the City of Lake Ozark’s facilities, including construction supervision, quality control, and contract administration.
